Our Board of Directors is composed of experienced professionals dedicated to transformative impact, community growth, and advancing health equity. Through their diverse expertise and unwavering commitment, they guide our organization in making meaningful strides toward a brighter future for all.
Syvonne Carter is an executive leader with over twenty-five years of experience in non-profit organizations and health management services. She has dedicated her career to transforming healthcare in underserved communities through collaboration with community advocates and stakeholders.
From 2022 to 2024, Ms. Carter served as President and CEO of 26Health, focusing on providing care to the LGBTQ+, uninsured, and under-insured communities in Central Florida. Her expertise in operational strategies led to her appointment as Interim CEO of an organization focused on reproductive health during pivotal political events like the overturning of Roe vs. Wade.
At the Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation, she led the development of free virtual mental health therapy programs during the coronavirus pandemic, significantly expanding services. Collaborations with HBCUs and public schools introduced vital education and service programs, providing a million hours of free therapy to Black communities in partnership with BET.
Ms. Carter previously served as Chief Business Operations and Health Administration Officer for the Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia and the North Florida and South Georgia VA Health System. She implemented centralization strategies to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.
Syvonne Carter is a graduate of the Third Sector Company’s Interim Executives Academy, the Effi Barry Institute’s Non-Profit Leadership Training, and the FEMA Emergency Management Institute. She studied Organizational Leadership at Marquette University and Healthcare Administration at Concordia University and is currently furthering her education in entrepreneurship and psychology.
Toni M. Bianco is a strategic operating executive with extensive experience in accelerating growth and transformation. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, he earned a Bachelor's Degree from Abilene Christian University in Texas.
Mr. Bianco has owned several businesses and held executive positions in both publicly traded and privately owned companies. His business acumen and leadership skills have driven successful transformations and growth initiatives across various industries.
Toni Bianco is adept at identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies that enhance organizational performance. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and achieving results, fostering environments where teams can thrive and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Mr. Bianco is passionate about mentoring and developing future leaders, sharing his knowledge and experience to help others succeed. His strategic vision and operational expertise continue to make significant impacts on the organizations he serves.
Tesla Hague holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She merges behavioral economics with practical business solutions to elevate organizational outcomes. Her goal is to integrate psychological principles with business strategy to advance both organizational goals and human well-being.
Tesla has a strong understanding of the interplay between human behavior and organizational dynamics. She applies behavioral economics to business challenges, creating innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Her holistic approach to business strategy incorporates psychological insights to develop comprehensive strategies addressing both human and operational aspects of organizations. Tesla's commitment to collaboration and improvement drives her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
Dr. Tomorrow Allen-Collins is a dedicated teacher, inspiring speaker, devoted mother, and supportive wife. With over 20 years of experience, she focuses on organizational efficiency and integrating leadership with faith.
Tomorrow holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, an MS in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College, an MS in Psychology from Walden University, and a BA in Communication from the University at Buffalo. She empowers others to become their best selves through faith and leadership principles.
Currently, she serves as the Executive Director of C.O.S.Kids, a faith-based child development campus in Matthews, NC. She and her family moved to the Greater Charlotte area in September 2022.
In her personal time, Tomorrow enjoys traveling, engaging in meaningful conversations, listening to music, singing, speaking to youth, and exploring the stock market. Originally from Niagara Falls, NY, one of her favorite scriptures is Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
